At Crochet Love Toys, every item is handmade with care, love, and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our products, our refund policy is slightly different from mass-produced retail stores.

Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made orders
- Personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Seasonal limited-edition products
Because these items are made specifically for you or produced in limited quantities.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A description of the issue
We will review the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if approved.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has started.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Postal carriers
- Weather
- Customs
- Incorrect shipping addresses
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
